We operate a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency in all business dealings. This policy reflects our commitment to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps we take to identify, prevent and address the risk of modern slavery, forced labour, servitude and human trafficking. As a digital marketing agency, we recognise that our exposure to modern slavery risks is generally lower than that of organisations operating within manufacturing, construction or logistics sectors. However, we remain vigilant and are committed to implementing appropriate systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place within our business or supply chain.
2. Scope of the Policy
This policy applies to all persons working for or on behalf of Eyeweb Solutions Limited in any capacity, including:
Employees
Directors and officers
Contractors and subcontractors
Freelancers
Consultants
Suppliers and business partners
All individuals and organisations working with or on behalf of Eyeweb Solutions Limited are expected to support and uphold the principles contained within this policy.
3. Supply Chain and Risk Management
As a digital marketing agency, our supply chain is relatively straightforward and primarily consists of:
UK-based employees and freelancers
Specialist contractors and development partners where required
Software, hosting and cloud-based technology providers
Professional service providers and business partners
We recognise that the risk of modern slavery within our business is low. However, we remain committed to conducting our business responsibly and working with organisations that share similar ethical standards.
Where we engage third parties, we seek to work with reputable suppliers and partners and will consider any concerns relating to modern slavery or unethical working practices that may come to our attention.
4. Due Diligence Processes
To help minimise the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply

Recruitment and Employment
We conduct appropriate identity and right to work checks for employees and contractors where required.
We ensure employees are paid in accordance with applicable UK employment legislation.
We maintain fair and lawful employment practices throughout our organisation.
Suppliers and Business Partners
We seek to work with reputable suppliers, contractors and business partners.
Where appropriate, we consider publicly available information relating to a supplier's ethical and employment practices.
Any concerns relating to modern slavery or human trafficking will be reviewed and investigated appropriately.
Technology Providers
We primarily use established and widely recognised software and technology providers to support the delivery of our services.
We expect our key suppliers to operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations within the jurisdictions in which they operate.
5. Reporting Concerns
Eyeweb Solutions Limited encourages openness and supports anyone who raises genuine concerns regarding modern slavery or human trafficking in good faith.
Any employee, contractor, freelancer or business partner who becomes aware of, or suspects, any instance of modern slavery, forced labour or human trafficking within our business or supply chain should report their concerns immediately to the Managing Director. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.
6. Responsibility for the Policy
The Managing Director, Paul Scott, has overall responsibility for ensuring this policy complies with legal and ethical obligations and is implemented effectively throughout the business. Managers and those responsible for engaging suppliers or contractors are expected to understand and uphold the requirements of this policy and ensure that those working under their supervision do the same.
7. Training and Awareness
Eyeweb Solutions Limited is committed to promoting awareness of modern slavery risks. Relevant employees and managers involved in recruitment, supplier selection and contractor management will be made aware of this policy and the indicators of modern slavery. Guidance will be provided where appropriate to ensure individuals understand their responsibilities.
8. Breaches of this Policy
Any employee found to be in breach of this policy may be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with company procedures. Any supplier, contractor, freelancer or business partner found to be involved in modern slavery, human trafficking or related unlawful labour practices may be subject to review and, where appropriate, termination of their relationship with Eyeweb Solutions Limited and referral to the relevant authorities.
9. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually by the Managing Director and updated where necessary to reflect changes in legislation, business operations or identified risks. Although Eyeweb Solutions Limited is not currently required to publish an annual Modern Slavery Statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we voluntarily adopt the principles of the Act and maintain this policy as part of our commitment to ethical business practices.
