Working with schools across the city and education professionals from around the globe, Future Education's mission is to help teachers find their perfect role in the nation's capital and surrounding areas. They have an excellent track record in helping to match education professionals with the right positions.
Director of London-based Future Education, David Atwell, approached us with a desire to leave his existing website providers and make FE take a huge leap forward in terms of their presence online and their ability to monitor customers who had applied for positions. They also needed their entire team to be able to edit their new jobs focused website by adding vacancies and allowing people to register and apply for each one.
Using Mission Control CMS we created a vacancy and application system that allows customers to search, register and apply for the available roles on the website. Behind the scenes, the website stores these applications and cross-references the vacancy with the registered candidate. Administrators can search and filter through applicants as well as add notes. Monthly SEO and digital marketing ensure Future Education continue to improve their position in Google search results. This leads to increased traffic on the website and more vacancies being applied for. We created their new brand used that to design a variety of print materials including stationery, water bottles and event signage.
Working on behalf of teachers, Future Education wanted to ensure their brand has a child-friendly feel and would be easy to recognise. We blasted the logo off into space and have never looked back. The website photography was selected to complement the brand and continue the theme.
Future Education relies heavily on enquiries through their website and therefore required a strong digital marketing presence. Recruiting for teachers within London is a competitive online market and therefore required marketing strategy that focused on searches from users within targeted locations, whilst also building awareness of the brand.
