Looking for a new brand identity and approach to their website, Future Personnel asked us for something bright and engaging that showed their passion for helping others develop their future. They needed a site for potential candidates to find the jobs they needed to jump-start their career.
We provided a new recruitment brand and website geared towards the candidate. With editable job listings built within our custom CMS, Mission Control, and the ability for candidates to upload CV's and make applications, the site completes the required tasks all whilst staying fun, inspirational and fluffy.
When creating the Future Personnel brand, we wanted to clearly define their approach to recruitment. The slanting FP symbolises their direct and clear action and, soft colours and rounded corners keep the feeling fun and human, moulding the energy between themselves and their customers.
