VW Festival

VW Festival has become one of the largest VW shows in the UK since it was created in 2005. It offers a full weekend of live entertainment, live music, VW’s galore and a great venue with a laid back atmosphere. Its attendance topped 21,000 at the 2016 show.

Project Brief

Event websites have to clearly explain all the elements of the show, as well as offering functionality for customers to buy tickets, look through previous show photos and sign up for various vehicle displays. The site has to be easy to update and allow for photographs and videos to be added.

Our Solution

We created a fully editable website with ecommerce facilities and customer account systems. Punters can buy and print their own event tickets and turn up to have them scanned.

We set up and run their active social media, which has now built to over 25,000 likes on their Facebook and over 10,000 on Twitter.

Captivating a large audience

The brand we created for VW Festival includes some of the more popular VW vehicles used by their loyal VW Festival fans. The logo has been carried on across tshirts, stickers, banner, flyers, air fresheners and a whole range of merchandise.

"VW Festival has been running for over ten years, and over that time Eyeweb has continued to supply and update our website and the complicated system that runs behind it, which does a lot of the hard work for us :)
